At TAB Arts and Industry, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and refund policy, applicable to all orders shipped within the United States.
Claims for Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, you must submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the issue is determined to be our error, we will cover the cost of replacement or refund.
To report a problem, please contact us directly with your order number and a description (and photo, if applicable) of the issue.
Return Address & Handling
Returns are processed through our fulfillment partner’s U.S.-based facility. When a return is received, you will receive an automated email notification. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.
Incorrect or Insufficient Address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by you or your customer, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping once a corrected address is confirmed.
Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that are not claimed and are returned to our facility will require reshipment at your expense.
Account and Billing Requirements
If you have not registered an account with our fulfillment partner and added a billing method, any returned orders due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed shipments will be donated to charity without a refund or reshipment.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of sealed goods such as face masks. These items are not eligible for reshipment or refund and will be disposed of if returned.
Customer-Initiated Returns
We recommend that customers contact us before returning any items. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size are at our discretion and expense.
